I consider myself an entrepreneur of conscious evolution. My professional journey began over 20 years ago, and I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2004. The roots of my personal growth were planted even earlier, at age 18, when I discovered yoga. Since then, I’ve dedicated my life to exploring and integrating a wide range of healing arts, including Tantra Yoga, Hatha, Ashtanga, Qigong, various forms of meditation and flow states, dance, and raw food coaching.

My path has been one of deep transformation, shaped by the challenges of addiction in my youth, navigating Lyme disease, and moving through divorce. These experiences have fueled my commitment to healing—not just for myself, but for others. Today, I lead several ventures rooted in this mission: The Living Room Raleigh, Raleigh Energy Enhancement System—a bridge between advanced technology and holistic healing—and Bliss Boogie Productions, an immersive experience platform. The Art of Connection Club is an opportunity to grow and connect as a community. 

With over two decades in the wellness field, my passion remains the same: to create safe, empowering spaces where people can step into the fullness of who they truly are.
